About the Role
We are seeking an IT Specialist (InfoSec) to support the Cyber Security Branch within the Information Assurance Division at NAVAL COMPUTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS AREA MASTER STATION PACIFIC (NCTAMS PAC). In this role, you will serve as the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) and provide regional and local information systems and cybersecurity support.
Responsibilities
- Execute the NCTAMS PAC cybersecurity program, including security architecture and required objectives
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, security requirements, and related program documentation
- Provide information systems security oversight and support for assigned systems
- Support implementation of cybersecurity controls and ensure compliance with applicable security standards
Requirements
- Experience supporting information systems security and cybersecurity programs
- Knowledge of information assurance and cybersecurity policy development
- Ability to support security requirements and objectives across regional/local environments
