About the Role
Ale-8-One Bottling Company is hiring a full-time Warehouse Helper and Truck Loader for our second shift (12:00pm–8:30pm). In this hands-on role, you’ll help prepare bulk deliveries by building full pallets of product and supporting safe, accurate loading for next-day sales.
Responsibilities
- Manually build complete pallets of product for bulk deliveries
- Create hand-built pallets using multiple products, assembled from scratch
- Load and unload conventional and bulk trucks using a forklift
- Ensure accurate, complete truck loads for upcoming deliveries
- Support daily warehouse clean-up and other assigned tasks
- Follow food safety GMP activities to maintain safe operations
Requirements
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to perform highly physical warehouse work
- Positive, self-motivated team attitude
- Experience or comfort operating a forklift (as needed for loading/unloading)
