AC&R Technician (LCAC 100 Program) | Onsite in Panama City Beach, FL

About the Role

FWG Solutions is seeking an AC&R Technician to support the U.S. Navy LCAC Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) program through the LCAC 100 Program. In this onsite role at our base in Panama City Beach, you will help ensure reliable heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration operations supporting program readiness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support all base air conditioning and refrigeration units used in support of the LCAC ACV program
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting to maintain unit performance and reliability
• Support operational readiness by addressing equipment issues in a timely manner
• Follow applicable procedures and quality standards to ensure safe, consistent service delivery

Requirements

• Experience working with air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and support day-to-day operations
• Willingness to work onsite in support of mission requirements
• Familiarity with quality and compliance expectations in a government or defense environment (preferred)
