About the Role
Sinica Education, founded by Harvard graduates, creates online learning programs that support international middle, high school, and college students. We’re seeking part-time Academic Specialists to teach economics and related subjects across our high school and college curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Teach 2+ subjects, including AP-level and select lower-division college courses
- Deliver high-quality instruction using online teaching tools and learning platforms
- Support student academic progress through structured course delivery and guidance
- Contribute to an inclusive learning experience for students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
Requirements
- BA or graduate degree from a top 30 US or Canadian university (PhD holders are encouraged to apply)
- Strong passion for education and working with international students
Preferred Qualifications
- Classroom teaching experience at the high school or university level
- Tutoring experience if you don’t have classroom teaching experience
- Experience with AP-level high school curricula
- Experience with online learning platforms
Work Location
- Part-time remote positions are available
