About the Role
Impact Justice is seeking a Senior Program Associate & Facilitator to help deliver the Growing Justice program—an innovative reentry and workforce development initiative that combines vertical farming training with classroom instruction and job readiness support.
In this role, you’ll support women participating in the program at Camille G. Graham Correctional Institution (CGGCI) by facilitating learning experiences, strengthening readiness for employment, and contributing to wraparound support that helps participants move toward sustainable opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate program sessions that blend hands-on vertical farming training with structured classroom learning.
- Support intensive reentry and workforce development components, including job readiness and employment preparation.
- Coordinate with program partners to ensure training activities are delivered effectively and align with program goals.
- Provide ongoing support for participants and help connect them to resources that reinforce stability and success.
- Contribute to program improvement by supporting documentation, feedback, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
Requirements
- Experience facilitating adult learning, coaching, or workforce development programming.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups in a structured environment.
- Commitment to mission-driven work focused on safety, justice, and opportunity.
- Comfort working in a correctional setting with professionalism, confidentiality, and care.
