About the Role

Procare Solutions is looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our Sales Team. For more than 30 years, we’ve supported early childhood educators with tools and services that help child care programs streamline operations, strengthen safety and compliance, and improve communication with families.

In this role, you’ll drive new business by prospecting, building relationships, and moving opportunities forward to help more organizations benefit from Procare’s child care management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned territories
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop leads to create a consistent pipeline
  • Present Procare solutions and tailor messaging to customer needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in child care organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support deal progression and customer success

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting targets
  • Comfort learning and explaining software or service solutions
