About the Role
Join our team as an onsite Leasing Sales Consultant at Villas at Towngate in Moreno Valley, CA. This is a fast-paced, goal-driven position where you’ll help prospective residents find the right apartment home while building strong relationships and driving lease signings.
You’ll thrive in a commission-influenced environment, staying proactive with follow-up, handling objections confidently, and working toward measurable leasing goals.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective residents, building rapport and trust
- Conduct tours and guide applicants through available floor plans and pricing
- Follow up consistently to move leads through the leasing process
- Handle objections professionally and close leases
- Maintain a positive, high-energy presence in a busy leasing office
Requirements
- Proven success in commission-based or high-volume sales (leasing, retail, wireless, automotive, fitness, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle objections and drive results through consistent follow-up
- Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced environment
