About the Role
Unlimit is building the global financial infrastructure for the agentic economy—connecting local payment ecosystems to a programmable layer that helps ambitious businesses expand across borders. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue business development opportunities across target markets and partner ecosystems
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, product positioning, and partnership approaches
- Own the sales pipeline from outreach through negotiation and close, ensuring accurate forecasting
- Support go-to-market planning by sharing market insights and competitive feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales
- Strong understanding of payments, fintech, or financial services (digital assets and/or programmable finance is a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
