About the Role
Unlimit is building the global financial infrastructure that helps ambitious businesses expand and settle transactions across borders. As an Account Manager, you’ll own the relationship with key customers, help them get value from Unlimit’s payments and programmable financial account capabilities, and support long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for account health, adoption, and outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and unblock delivery
- Identify opportunities to expand usage of payment acceptance, financial accounts, and digital asset rails
- Track key account metrics and communicate progress clearly
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and relationship management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
- Comfort working with complex platforms and explaining value in plain language
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus
