About the Role
Fin is seeking an Account Executive focused on existing commercial business to help customers improve support and sales outcomes with an AI Customer Agent. You’ll partner with teams across the customer journey—from service to sales and ecommerce—by positioning Fin’s end-to-end, always-on AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned existing accounts within the commercial segment
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of Fin across customer support workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs, integrations, and solution fit
- Present product value and business outcomes to stakeholders across the customer organization
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking to meet revenue goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales, selling into commercial organizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Comfort working with modern SaaS tools and sales processes
- Interest in AI-enabled customer experience solutions and support operations
