About the Role
Airlock Digital is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to accelerate growth in our mid-market segment across organizations with approximately 1,000–7,500 employees. This role will help expand adoption of our application control and allowlisting solutions while supporting a growing customer base in North America.
Responsibilities
- Own mid-market sales strategy and drive revenue growth across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute outbound and pipeline-generation plans to reach target customers
- Lead discovery, solution positioning, and consultative selling aligned to cybersecurity needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and customer success
- Forecast accurately and report progress against key sales metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience leading mid-market or enterprise sales in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and how to translate value to business outcomes
- Track record of building pipeline, closing deals, and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with decision-makers
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, collaborative environment
