About the Role
Airlock Digital is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead growth in the mid-market segment (approximately 1,000–7,500 employees). This role will help accelerate adoption of Airlock’s application control and allowlisting solutions, supporting organizations that want to run only what they trust and reduce exposure to malware and ransomware.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive mid-market sales strategy for TOLA-focused opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales execution with customer needs
- Forecast performance and report on pipeline health and revenue progress
- Represent Airlock Digital’s value proposition to business and technical stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience leading sales in a mid-market environment
- Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close complex B2B deals
- Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Comfort partnering across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
