About the Role
Fin is building an AI Customer Agent that helps companies deliver exceptional, always-on customer experiences across the entire journey—service, sales, and ecommerce. As an Account Executive on our Scale team, you’ll help drive revenue growth by partnering with businesses that want to modernize support and customer engagement with AI.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for assigned accounts and target segments
- Run discovery to understand customer needs, workflows, and support goals
- Present Fin’s AI agent capabilities and value proposition, including end-to-end issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on solutions, integrations, and customer success requirements
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with strong ability to manage pipeline and closing
- Comfort selling complex solutions and articulating ROI to business and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving product and sales environment
