About the Role
Fox Ordering is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to help connect with restaurants across the United States. You’ll build relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend the right technology to help restaurants grow.
Responsibilities
- Prospect potential customers through outbound calls and follow-up.
- Discover customer needs and match them with suitable technology solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales.
- Coordinate onboarding and provide post-sale follow-up.
- Keep customer and activity records updated in the CRM and Excel.
- Meet and consistently work toward sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and stay focused on goals.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
