About the Role
Chapter 2 is an embedded talent business partnering with high-growth startups and scale-ups across the US and Europe. We embed senior recruiters directly into client teams using a Talent OS model that blends recruitment, employer branding, and technology to build both immediate hiring outcomes and long-term hiring infrastructure.
We’re launching our US chapter and are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business by generating qualified opportunities for our team across East and West Coast markets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach (email, calls, and social touchpoints)
- Identify decision-makers and understand customer needs to determine fit
- Build and maintain accurate prospect and pipeline records in CRM
- Schedule and support meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion
Requirements
- Prior experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, or lead generation (preferred)
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and emails
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus
Benefits
- Remote work with coverage across East Coast and West Coast
- OTE up to $200,000 with uncapped commission
- Base salary range of $30,000–$50,000
