About the Role
Fin is an AI Customer Agent company helping businesses deliver exceptional, always-on customer experiences. As an Account Executive on our Scale team, you’ll drive new business growth by positioning Fin’s AI agent platform for customer support, sales, and ecommerce use cases.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Identify and qualify opportunities for AI customer service, sales, and ecommerce automation
- Present product value and ROI, including end-to-end resolution across customer journeys
- Build relationships with decision-makers across support, sales, and customer experience teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve conversion outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in B2B SaaS
- Strong ability to manage pipeline, forecasts, and metrics
- Comfort presenting to and influencing stakeholders
- Experience selling customer support, CX, or automation solutions is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
