About the Role
We’re seeking a consultative, results-driven Account Manager to lead and grow our B2B customer relationships. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner—understanding customer needs, driving account growth, and ensuring measurable impact on business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients with a proactive, strategic approach
- Build strong, long-term relationships that deepen customer trust
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and measurable growth
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Technology, Marketing, and Product
- Track deliverables, KPIs, and overall account performance
- Spot opportunities to improve customer processes and outcomes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing account or sales roles
- Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into action
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
