About the Role

We’re seeking a consultative, results-driven Account Manager to lead and grow our B2B customer relationships. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner—understanding customer needs, driving account growth, and ensuring measurable impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B clients with a proactive, strategic approach
  • Build strong, long-term relationships that deepen customer trust
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and measurable growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Technology, Marketing, and Product
  • Track deliverables, KPIs, and overall account performance
  • Spot opportunities to improve customer processes and outcomes

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing account or sales roles
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into action
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
