About the Role
We’re seeking a consultative Account Manager to manage B2B client relationships, drive account growth, and create measurable business impact. You’ll act as a strategic partner to customers—understanding their needs and helping them succeed over the long term.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an active portfolio of B2B accounts
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and ongoing account expansion
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Technology, Marketing, and Product
- Track deliverables, KPIs, and overall account performance
- Spot improvement opportunities in customer processes and outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing account management roles
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into action
- Comfort working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with strong follow-through on KPIs and deliverables
