We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to oversee client accounts, strengthen customer satisfaction, and support business growth. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and great service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage assigned accounts and respond to client inquiries and requests
- Partner with internal teams to support successful project delivery
- Track account performance and spot expansion opportunities
- Create client reports, presentations, and account updates
- Support onboarding for new clients and maintain accurate account records

- Assist with client retention and business development efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Comfort preparing reports and presenting account updates
