About the Role
Join William Hill U.S. as a Sportsbook Ticket Writer and be the welcoming face of our retail sportsbook. In this full-time position, you’ll deliver friendly, high-quality service to experienced bettors and first-time visitors alike in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to support both regulars and novice bettors
- Answer questions and guide guests on sports betting options
- Help customers make informed, responsible wagering decisions
- Maintain a positive, professional presence at the sportsbook counter
- Report to the Sportsbook Manager and assist with day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Comfort interacting with the public and working in a busy retail setting
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to learn and confidently explain betting menu options
- Reliability and readiness to work full-time
