About the Role
Join our team as an Account Manager for North America SMB customers. You’ll manage and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business accounts across the region, with a focus on renewals, expansion, and delivering a consistently great customer experience. This is a remote role for candidates located near a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned SMB customers, ensuring timely communication and high satisfaction.
- Run regular check-ins to understand customer needs, usage, and satisfaction levels.
- Drive renewals by proactively identifying risks and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
- Spot and pursue growth opportunities through consultative conversations and value-based recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales and other internal partners to support customer outcomes and measurable results.
- Manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining accurate, up-to-date account information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles supporting SMB customers.
- Strong communication skills with a consultative, customer-first approach.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally to resolve customer needs and drive renewals.
- Motivated, organized, and focused on measurable value for customers.
