About the Role
Loadsmart is a hyper-growth logistics technology company and a recognized tech unicorn. We’re seeking an Account Sales Representative to help grow our customer base in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll partner closely with the operations team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities using high-volume outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and meetings)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers focused on FTL, intermodal, and related logistics services
- Nurture and expand existing relationships to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with operations to align customer needs with the right service solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in account sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
- Comfort with cold outreach and managing a high-volume pipeline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL
