About the Role
Join our Corporate Finance team as an Accounting Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll coordinate return merchandise authorization (RMA) activity end-to-end—researching customer orders, working with vendors to submit return requests, and ensuring related credits are tracked and applied correctly. You’ll partner across Sales, Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and with customers to keep return and credit processing accurate and timely.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s ERP system to support RMA and accounting workflows
- Research customer orders and validate return details to ensure accurate processing
- Submit return requests to vendors and follow up as needed
- Track return status and monitor credits associated with RMAs
- Support accurate customer credit processing in line with company procedures
- Assist with general accounting tasks, reporting, documentation, and special projects as requested
Requirements
- Experience supporting accounting or finance operations, preferably with returns/credit processes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests accurately
- Comfort working with an ERP or similar business system
- Ability to collaborate across teams including AP/AR, vendors, and customers
