About the Role
Join our US Collections & Recoveries team as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst II. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of merchant accounts and help drive repayment performance and portfolio outcomes. You’ll work directly with merchants to understand account status, resolve underpayment or delinquency, and support balanced results for both customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Own the progression and resolution of assigned merchant accounts
- Investigate underpayments and delinquencies and work toward timely resolution
- Communicate with merchants to understand their situation and determine next steps
- Track account activity and contribute to recovery performance metrics
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in account handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work professionally with merchants
- Experience supporting collections, accounts receivable, or related financial operations (preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
