About the Role
Higgsfield AI is seeking a Director of Tax & Treasury to build and lead our global tax and treasury function as we scale rapidly. This strategic leadership role will help establish the infrastructure, processes, and controls that enable a world-class finance organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the company’s global tax strategy and operating approach
- Build scalable tax and treasury processes, controls, and governance
- Partner with cross-functional finance, legal, and business teams to support growth initiatives
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting across relevant jurisdictions
- Manage cash planning and treasury operations to support company priorities
- Identify and mitigate tax and liquidity risks through sound internal controls
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in tax and/or treasury for a high-growth, multi-jurisdiction environment
- Strong understanding of global tax principles, compliance, and reporting
- Experience designing processes and controls for scaling finance organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-moving, innovative company
