About the Role
As an AD Compliance & Administration Specialist, you’ll help ensure Allegiant stays compliant with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Part 39. You’ll support the end-to-end Airworthiness Directive (AD) management process, including planning, provisioning, implementation, recordkeeping, and auditing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with AD planning and support activities using the documented AD management process
- Manage and track ADs from the NPRM release through the full lifecycle of each directive
- Coordinate provisioning and implementation support to ensure applicable ADs are addressed
- Maintain accurate AD-related records and documentation
- Support audits and compliance verification activities related to AD requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (combination of education and experience considered)
- Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
