About the Role
Tipalti is building an AI-native operations division, and we’re looking for an AI Automation Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered workflows. You’ll shape automations, agent configurations, and production-ready processes that help our operations teams move faster, stay consistent, and reduce manual work.
Responsibilities
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver automation solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Design AI agent workflows and automation flows that perform reliably in production
- Own the build-to-deploy lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and rollout
- Collaborate with operations and engineering stakeholders to define requirements and success metrics
- Continuously improve workflows based on performance, quality, and operational feedback
Requirements
- Experience building or managing automation/AI workflow projects with production deployment
- Strong understanding of AI/agent concepts and workflow orchestration
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes
- Comfort working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and product teams
- Practical problem-solving skills and attention to reliability and consistency
