Responsibilities

• Own problems end-to-end and find practical paths forward, even when requirements aren’t fully defined
• Collaborate with distributed teams and clients across time zones using clear written and spoken English
• Help map business workflows and identify where AI agents can deliver real operational value
• Contribute in a flat organization where ideas are shared and everyone’s voice matters

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Comfort working in ambiguity and at startup speed
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to “do it” rather than over-discuss
• Experience working with global stakeholders or distributed teams is a plus
