About the Role

As an AI Specialist Supervisor within Global Data Insight & Analytics, you’ll help turn data into actionable insights that support timely, evidence-based decisions across the business.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide AI and analytics initiatives focused on improving data quality, measurement, and reporting
- Partner with leadership to interpret business conditions, customer needs, and competitive trends
- Develop and refine metrics, dashboards, and analytical approaches to support decision-making
- Ensure insights are communicated clearly to stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes
- Support continuous improvement of data and analytics processes across teams
Requirements
- Strong background in data analytics, metrics, and performance measurement
- Experience applying AI/ML concepts to real-world business problems
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Proven leadership experience supervising or mentoring analysts and data specialists
- Solid understanding of data quality practices and analytical best practices
