About the Role
Wing is seeking an Analytics Manager to help turn data into clear, actionable insights that improve our drone delivery operations. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to measure performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making across last-mile logistics.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics reporting and performance dashboards for key operational and business metrics
- Translate business questions into measurement plans, KPIs, and analysis
- Partner with engineering, operations, and product teams to define data requirements
- Drive data quality improvements and ensure reliable, consistent reporting
- Communicate insights to stakeholders with recommendations and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Experience leading analytics or data-driven initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with SQL and analytics tooling
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting systems
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear conclusions
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
