About the Role
Securitas is seeking an experienced Area Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple offices in your assigned area. In this role, you’ll partner closely with district leadership and support the Area Vice President while guiding teams, strengthening employee relations, and ensuring HR needs are met across locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR support and team performance across multiple offices within the assigned area
- Manage employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns
- Apply knowledge of union contracts to support compliant, fair HR practices
- Coordinate recruitment needs for each office to meet staffing goals
- Manage state licensing requirements relevant to assigned locations
- Serve as a working partner to the Area Vice President and support area-wide HR initiatives
Requirements
- Proven HR leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations
- Strong employee relations background
- Working knowledge of union contract administration
- Experience supporting recruiting and hiring processes
- Familiarity with state licensing or compliance requirements
