About the Role
Securitas is seeking an experienced Area Human Resources Manager to lead HR support across multiple offices in your assigned area. In this role, you’ll partner closely with district leadership and serve as a working ally to the Area Vice President, helping drive strong employee relations, compliant operations, and effective workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR and team operations across multiple offices within the assigned area
- Lead and support HR team members while partnering with district managers
- Manage employee relations matters and support fair, consistent outcomes
- Understand and apply union contract requirements as needed
- Coordinate recruitment needs for offices to ensure staffing alignment
- Manage state licensing requirements and related HR compliance
- Act as a trusted working partner to the Area Vice President
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR leadership with multi-location or area-wide responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
- Familiarity with union contract administration and related compliance
- Experience supporting recruiting and staffing efforts across multiple sites
- Ability to manage state licensing and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with operations leaders
