Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day operational and administrative support for the Talent team
- Help coordinate internal processes to ensure timely execution of team priorities
- Support talent-related workflows and documentation to maintain organization and accuracy
- Assist with general administrative tasks that keep projects moving on schedule
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic administrative proficiency (spreadsheets, documentation, and coordination)
- Clear communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving
