About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Development Associate to support our Development team in planning and executing fundraising activities. Working closely with senior leaders across institutional, major, and individual giving, you’ll help ensure our fundraising efforts are organized, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with major giving initiatives and related development activities (including planning, tracking, and follow-through)
- Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer and development leadership to support fundraising strategies
- Help manage operational details to maintain strong financial and quality outcomes
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Support reporting and measurable outcomes tied to fundraising performance
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize and manage changing deadlines
- Experience supporting fundraising or development functions (institutional, major, or individual giving preferred)
