Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers across multiple locations
- Support day-to-day HR operations and help resolve people-related issues

- Build strong working relationships and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Requirements
- Prior HR generalist experience with a strong “partner” mindset
- Comfort supporting a geographically distributed workforce
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes
- Excellent organization and collaboration skills
- Approachable, proactive, and able to think ahead
