Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, offering guidance on employee relations, coaching, conduct, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure fair, consistent HR practices across the organization.
- Investigate and help resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support talent acquisition efforts and help drive effective onboarding and workforce planning.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a Human Resources generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR policy interpretation.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness.
- Effective communication and coaching skills for partnering with leaders and employees.
