January Digital is seeking an Associate Director to lead retail marketplace initiatives and help drive measurable growth for our clients. As part of our team, you’ll combine media expertise, strategic guidance, and analytics to improve performance across the full funnel.
Responsibilities
- Own retail marketplace strategy and execution, partnering with internal teams to drive campaign performance.
- Guide media planning, activation, and optimization to improve reach, engagement, and outcomes.
- Use actionable analytics to identify opportunities, forecast impact, and support ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with consulting and agency teammates to translate business goals into measurable marketing plans.
- Contribute to client success by presenting insights, recommendations, and next steps clearly.
Requirements
- Experience managing retail media or marketplace advertising programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing strategy and reporting.
