About the Role
Monster Energy’s Consumer Engagement Marketing (CEM) program is where our brand shows up in real life—connecting people with our products through high-energy activations and retail execution. As a Consumer Engagement Ambassador, you’ll help bring the Monster experience to the community in Lebanon, TN.
Responsibilities
- Represent Monster Energy with an energetic, authentic presence during events and brand activations
- Support product sampling and consumer engagement activities that drive awareness and trial
- Assist with on-site setup, execution, and breakdown for pop-ups and street-level activations
- Help execute retail-focused tasks to support brand visibility in-store and in community locations
- Provide friendly, accurate information to consumers and relay feedback to the team
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Comfort engaging with the public in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work on-site during scheduled activations
- Ability to follow event/brand guidelines and represent the Monster Energy brand professionally
