About the Role
Pushpay is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans that connect with customer needs. You’ll ensure product positioning, messaging, and storytelling are clearly communicated to prospects and customers, supporting growth, competitive differentiation, product adoption, and retention.
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align GTM efforts with enablement materials, campaigns, website updates, and other customer-facing assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute differentiated GTM plans for key product initiatives
- Own product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across customer and prospect touchpoints
- Coordinate how GTM plans integrate with enablement assets, marketing campaigns, and website updates
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support selling and adoption of product value
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and marketing leadership to refine and improve GTM outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in product marketing, GTM planning, or related marketing strategy roles
- Strong ability to translate product value into clear customer-facing messaging
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Experience coordinating campaign and content updates across multiple channels
