About the Role
National Life Group is seeking an Associate Analyst to support Capital Management within our Financial Planning & Analysis organization. In this role, you’ll help analyze capital needs and support decision-making that strengthens financial stability for the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist with capital planning and related reporting to support leadership and business partners
- Help prepare analyses that inform capital allocation and financial strategy
- Support data gathering, reconciliation, and documentation for capital management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting clarity
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with financial data and assumptions
- Comfort with Excel and basic financial modeling concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills for sharing findings and supporting documentation
