About the Role
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you’ll be an early-career technical sales partner who enjoys working with technology—especially AI—and turning customer challenges into clear, actionable solutions. You’ll support the Solutions Engineering team, the technical and business advisory arm of the go-to-market organization.
Your work will help customers understand how Talkdesk’s platform and AI innovations can improve customer experience, modernize contact center operations, and accelerate measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering consultative technical conversations with prospective and existing customers
- Support discovery and validation of customer needs, translating requirements into solution value
- Help demonstrate how Talkdesk solutions can address customer experience and contact center modernization goals
- Collaborate with Sales and other teams to support successful customer outcomes
- Contribute to technical enablement materials and solution messaging for the go-to-market team
Requirements
- Strong interest in technology and how AI can be applied to real customer problems
- Basic technical aptitude and comfort learning new platforms and concepts quickly
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Enthusiasm for consultative selling and problem-solving in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based setting
