About the Role
DealHub helps teams streamline the quote-to-revenue journey. As a Solution Expert, you’ll serve as a technical trusted advisor, guiding customers from onboarding through implementation to ensure their solution is configured correctly and delivers real value.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer meetings and technical calls to understand business workflows, goals, and requirements
- Build and tailor the solution through implementation, configuration, and system integrations
- Configure the software and support customers with technical questions throughout onboarding
- Run technical sessions and workshops to align stakeholders on solution design and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Act as the go-to technical resource for solution guidance and troubleshooting
Requirements
- Experience with customer-facing technical implementation, onboarding, or solution consulting
- Strong understanding of business workflows and the ability to translate requirements into configuration
- Comfort working with integrations and technical systems
- Excellent communication skills for leading sessions with both technical and non-technical audiences
