About the Role

Simera is hiring a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive new pipeline and support company growth. You’ll focus on B2B lead generation for our network of US-based clients, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and SaaS-style sales motions.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new leads using outbound channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • Qualify, nurture, and move leads through the sales funnel to drive qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in CRM to support follow-ups and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
