About the Role
Simera is hiring a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive new pipeline and support company growth. You’ll focus on B2B lead generation for our network of US-based clients, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and SaaS-style sales motions.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new leads using outbound channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Qualify, nurture, and move leads through the sales funnel to drive qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in CRM to support follow-ups and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
- Comfort working in a SaaS or tech-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to run structured outbound campaigns
