About the Role
Simera is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand our growth by generating new B2B opportunities. In this remote role, you’ll work with a dynamic team to drive lead generation and support the sales pipeline for our US-based client network.
Responsibilities
- Prospect outbound using channels such as cold calling, targeted email outreach, and social selling
- Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in a CRM
- Collaborate with sales to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
Requirements
- Experience with B2B sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with SaaS sales processes is preferred
- Strong communication skills and comfort reaching out to new prospects
- Ability to manage leads and activity using CRM tools
