About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking an Engineer-level specialist to support function integration and calibration for our BEV (battery electric vehicle) systems. In this role, you’ll help ensure vehicle functions perform reliably and efficiently, aligning software behavior with real-world vehicle needs.
Responsibilities
- Integrate BEV functions into the vehicle software stack and related control systems.
- Perform calibration activities to tune vehicle behavior for performance, efficiency, and drivability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and resolve integration issues.
- Support testing and troubleshooting to confirm function performance across relevant operating conditions.
Requirements
- Experience with vehicle function integration and/or calibration in an automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of control systems and embedded software concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and structured testing processes.
