About the Role
Join a growing personal injury law firm in Miami Lakes, FL as a bilingual (English/Spanish) full-cycle corporate recruiter. You’ll manage high-priority hiring across legal, administrative, and operational positions, helping the firm move quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support high-volume, time-sensitive hiring needs
- Use SmartRecruiters to manage requisitions, candidates, pipelines, and recruiting reporting
- Coordinate schedules, communicate updates, and support hiring team alignment throughout the process
- Manage offer process and ensure smooth handoff to onboarding stakeholders
- Maintain an organized, proactive approach to tracking progress and next steps
Requirements
- Experience recruiting in a personal injury or high-volume legal environment
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding handoff)
- Comfort using SmartRecruiters or similar applicant tracking systems
- Strong organization, urgency management, and attention to candidate quality
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
