As the Manager of Interview Operations & Candidate Experience, you’ll ensure that interview scheduling, candidate communications, and coordination run smoothly—delivering an experience that’s efficient, inclusive, and aligned with our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of interview scheduling and candidate communications across the enterprise
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end interview logistics for candidates and internal hiring teams
- Supervise a team of Candidate Experience Specialists to ensure timely, seamless interview experiences
- Drive process excellence within Talent Acquisition by identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
- Support technology adoption and partner with stakeholders to enhance interview operations workflows
- Ensure service practices reflect a thoughtful, candidate-first approach
Requirements
- Experience leading interview operations, recruiting operations, or candidate experience functions
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and performance management
- Ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics with attention to detail
- Comfort partnering cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technology stakeholders
- Commitment to delivering an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience
