About the Role
Kelso Industries, a nationwide leader in industrial and commercial mechanical construction, is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team at Mullins Mechanical. You’ll help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while serving as a key point of communication for bilingual employees.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as onboarding support, document collection, and employee file maintenance
- Assist with scheduling and communication for HR processes and employee events
- Provide bilingual support to employees and help translate key HR information as needed
- Support recruitment coordination activities, including tracking candidate progress and preparing materials
- Help maintain compliance with company HR policies and assist with internal reporting as directed
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency (able to communicate effectively in both English and a second language)
- Experience supporting HR functions or HR administration (or a related office/professional support role)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment supporting teams across multiple locations
