About the Role
Toast is hiring a bilingual Mandarin Strategic Cuisines Account Executive for a field sales opportunity based in Los Angeles. You’ll work from a personal home office and must live in the local territory (or be willing to relocate). Your mission is to expand Toast’s presence with Mandarin cuisine restaurants using a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Grow Toast’s customer base within Mandarin cuisine restaurants by converting inbound demand
- Generate new opportunities through referrals and proactive outreach
- Build trusted relationships with restaurateurs and restaurant decision-makers
- Deliver a high-quality, language-inclusive sales experience
- Assess restaurant needs and recommend how Toast’s end-to-end platform supports growth
- Focus on driving new customer growth and long-term account success
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (bilingual communication required)
- Field sales experience or strong consultative selling skills
- Comfort working independently from a home office while managing a local territory
- Ability to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
