About the Role
Mobily is an AT&T nationally authorized retailer, and we’re looking for a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (BRSC) to help customers find the right wireless solutions. This role offers strong earning potential through commission and provides training and tools to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store with wireless product and plan recommendations
- Explain features, pricing, and promotions in a clear, customer-friendly way
- Build rapport and help drive sales goals through consultative selling
- Participate in training and apply new techniques to improve performance
- Deliver a positive retail experience while supporting a team-focused environment
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Comfort working in a retail environment and engaging with customers
